On Friday 19th August, at the end of International Languages Week, we paraded around the senior playground in our national costumes. Everyone had a lot of fun, despite the very cold weather.

On Friday 19th August, at the end of International Languages Week, we paraded around the senior playground in our national costumes. Everyone had a lot of fun, despite the very cold weather.

We enjoyed the help of several Chinese parents who showed the students how to use chopsticks, complete a Chinese paper-cut and how to practice Chinese calligraphy.

In Week 4 of Term 3 we shared our many and varied cultures in a celebration that included cultural activities at lunch time, Games Around The World on Thursday afternoon and a Cultural Parade on Friday. Magnets with Oscar
I was hanging the paper clips off the magnet to see how many I could do. My magnet held five - my magnet was a little bit strong.
